James Cameron’s Avatar the movie character: Project 880 concept design.

James Cameron’s Avatar movie character and creature concept design inspired speedpainting concept. Avatar, previously known as Project 880, has an estimated budget of $200 million, is currently in pre-production for a mid-2009 release, and will mark his first feature film since 1997

James Cameron keep any detail of this movie underwrapped, no one saw, no one know about the secret design or story of his Avatar. There's just so much CG, and the visual effects are a huge component. A lot of it is performance capture.

Starring Sam Worthington and Zoe Saldana, "Avatar" will focus on a paralyzed ex-marine who employs an experimental avatar, one that happens to be a giant alien humanoid creature.
I first saw the image of the leak concept art a while back and read some of the info and I got inspired to do one of my own, from concept ideas into visual. I had lots of fun doing these, as I find out more info...I might scribble some more concept just for the hell of it.

talon>> Thanks. As for the Manga, I also have a HUGE project in mind that I have NO TIME to put my energy on it yet. Now I am focusing on Guild WARs 2 and this blog and trying to make a living because there are bills to pay, tons of bills to pay. Thanks for the consideration. :)
