Hi man again well done man! I created a blog man... it's just an idea I had long time ago, I planned on how to do it and last weekend I launched it, I will add you in my blog if you don't mind! You have really been of GREAT help for me...

Also hope you'll soon show us more about you as Xia... and maybe even someday you give some tutorials on 3D Modelling (I am currently studying Blender 3D as a 3D Modelling Software, and its not easy :) lol.

Thanks man hope you'll like it, I will try to post more and more things in the upcoming days (cause for now it has very few stuff!)

Just my thought, but I think 3D wouldn't really fit the site. First because its a way different thing and its not so much drawing.

But if you really want to get going
with Blender, I heard you can get a Master degree in Czech. ;)

I think 3D would fit. Maybe how to go from conceptart to 3d model.

It's also more common that people work as a 3d artist and do concept art on the side (to be more efficient), instead of being a pure concept artist.

btw. What 3D software do you use? My guess is Maya.

Maya is what I use. It's really not as hard to learn as people say.

The fat guy looks good (well the drawing not him lol)

Chris> Thanks bro! I was thinking using some of the cross-over name...mixing up with the Pinyin.

Luca> Nice work! You should keep it going and post your progression and grow in drawing and such. I will go check it out. No I don't mind at all.
But sorry, NO 3D...I dedicate my love to drawing and painting in digital for idrawgirls.com

Knuckle> Thanks. 3D is another world of itself.

pokepetter>> Sorry mate! 3D is another world on its own, it's way too complex and too HUGE for me alone to do. I don't really know them well enough. I know enough to get the work done, but not beyond...especially nowadays, we don't just use ONE. We use at least three to four application for next generation of gaming.
I used
-Maya (Though I am better with Max)
-Z Brush
-Mudbox
The process itself to make a character nowadays is very complex, not just low poly and Photoshop anymore. It involves making a real Super High polygons model---> get normal map, occlusion, and crazy bump...then render to create the main texture for the model...then create alpha for metal and transparent...then
I know enough, don't mind doing it because it's good to know. But don't love it enough to talk or passionately do it everyday.
That's just me though :)
Peace!
