Tangle concept art book review .   The art of Tangled , Concept Art book review. The first time I saw the trailer, I thought the female character is very solid and she reminds me of when the first time I saw Ariel in Little Mermaid. Here are some figure studies I did recently and update on the female model-sheet that I did a while back in 2007 old version here " Learn how to draw woman female ". These are somewhat quick pencil sketch, most of them are 5-6 minutes with the exception of the model-sheets itself. I thought it would be fun to draw and paint some kind of a pin up girl this time. And I also got inspired by the new x men movie that will be coming out soon. This tutorial is actually very long, it took me about 3-4 days to try to finish the whole painting, at first I was just planing on doing a portrait study tutorial, but I thought there are too many of them on the blog.
