As for the spelling and what not, again only really one thing that doesn't quite work, which is: "So you are an herb delivery boy, Shaolin?"
It would sound better if it were either:
"So, you're a herb delivery boy, Shaolin?"
or
"So, you're just a delivery boy?"
Just wanted to add on another note to say thanks to knuckles for posting up those photos of his work, reminds me of where my dad works (only yours is neater), and congrats to Luca for the cool painting!
The storytelling and the flow is very good. It's interesting.
I 'like the evil like look in panel one. Hehe.
Maybe you could have made the waitress' dress an other color. To break it up make easier to read.
