Manga Tutorial how to draw comics background.
Here is another quick tutorial on how to draw, render, and color background for your Manga or comic. It's a really quick process. I find it a lot easier if you start from black and white (gray scale) to arrange your scene and composition, then apply color rather than go with the color right away. Also the mono to color approach will make you achieve color harmony within your art piece easier.
This scene is a scene of a character looking at the town from far away with the wood surrounding as mid-ground.
Anyway, here is the final color sketch

Ah well, we all make mistakes once a while. And I don't think anyone here is in a particular rush, besides eagerness.
But so far it seems the combination of Comic/Tutorial seems to work.
Oh, these small mistakes are what will make us more aware next time! :) I really love these tutorials... good brother, it's really cool of you to be able to take care of the comic and that illustration project you're working on! You're really great!
By the way, if you have any suggestion on how I can improve (my latest sketch can be found on the community) please suggest me, as these days I'm really doing my best to improve digitally! ;)

i have a complaint about a purchase i made but i don't know where to post it. Is here okay? The video download in the manga archetypes tutorial did not work. Is it my mac? Is there somewhere that i can get the video files directly without having to pay for another copy?

Your character is touching an silhouette of the tree outline, and that branch is going straight into the character head, which makes tangents interfering with a character...
